Horsham Township Ranked In The Top One Hundred
In 2011, Horsham Township was once again ranked as one of the best places to live in the US by CNN Money Magazine. Ranked 31st out of the Top 100 list, it is the 2nd time in the past few years that the township has received this recognition. Only 5 communities in PA were recognized on the 2011 list.
Horsham Township also made the 2007 CNN Money Magazine list of best places to live in America, 15th on that list. And, in 2009, U.S. News and World Report Magazine selected Horsham as being one of the best places to live.
The criteria used to evaluate communities include population, income, job growth, crime, cost of housing, quality of the schools, and more.
Township Manager William Walker states, Horsham continues to maintain its real sense of community, providing the residents abundant park facilities, excellent schools, economic opportunity and safe neighborhoods while also attracting responsible business growth. The most important factor that makes the community so great is the people that live and work in Horsham.
As a resident of Horsham Township and real estate agent serving the Horsham Township and surrounding areas, I am happy to be here.

Tim came to the real estate industry with more than 20 years of customer service as a Vice President with Goldman Sachs & Company, where he serviced the needs of stock and options traders on three different stock exchanges. Tim's career change has allowed him to service the needs of home buyers and sellers with the goal of providing the same excellent customer service that his past clients at the stock exchanges came to expect of him. After all, when you hire a real estate agent, you want them to take care of all the details, so you don't have to.
